Ingredients
- 4 pickle spears, patted dry with a towel
- 4 egg roll wrappers
- Salt
- poppy seeds
- dried onion flakes
- sesame seeds
- olive oil (or cooking spray to make healthier)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place a pickle in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Roll the pickles up in an egg roll wrapper and then brush them with some olive oil. Repeat this step with the remaining 3 pickles. Put the seasoning on the top and bake in an oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Take the pickles out of the oven and then flip and bake them for another 5 minutes.
