Hello and Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a fabulous 2017. My goal for 2018 is to grow my Youtube Channel. Every Sunday during the month of January, I’ll be posting free meal prep plans using some of my recipes and recipes that I find throughout the Internet on various social media sites. I’ll be sure to give credit. This week I made my 4 Ingredient Egg and Sausage Muffins, Skinny Taste’s Chicken Taco Chili, and my recipe for low sodium Spaghetti and Meat Sauce. All 3 recipes come out to be 12 smart points and you will have plenty of room leftover for dessert. 🙂 Or maybe add in some rice to those chicken chili bowls.
