Weight Watcher's Marshmallow Bark is only 3 ingredients and the recipe is super easy to make and versatile to change it up to how you like it. See the ingredients list below if you don't want to use marshmallows and want to know other ways to make this. This is a nice little treat to have when you're craving chocolate and need a little pick-me-up!

Microwave Instructions

This recipe is really easy to make in the microwave and takes less than 5 minutes.

Measure the marshmallows and add them to a bowl. Set aside.

Microwave all the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and butter for 2 minutes. Pour the melted chocolate into the marshmallow bowl.

Stir the chocolate and marshmallows together until the chocolate is coating all marshmallows. Pour the chocolate and marshmallows into an 8X8 pan covered in parchment paper. I let mine cool fridge so that I could eat them faster. Super easy and healthy snack.
