Ingredients
- 3 cups of Old Fashion Rolled Oats
- 1 cup of unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup of cane sugar
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 2/3 cup of coconut oil
- 1 cup of dried cherries, chopped
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of almonds, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the oats, coconut, and sugar. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Add in the maple syrup. Pour the oil and maple syrup into the bowl and stir until everything has combined together and is well coated.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
- Spread the granola oil mixture on to a large sheet pan and bake for 50 minutes. At the end add in the white chocolate chips and dried chopped cherries.
