White Chocolate Cherry Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of Old Fashion Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup of unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup of cane sugar
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of dried cherries, chopped
  • 1 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of almonds, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine the oats, coconut, and sugar. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Add in the maple syrup. Pour the oil and maple syrup into the bowl and stir until everything has combined together and is well coated.
  2. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
  3. Spread the granola oil mixture on to a large sheet pan and bake for 50 minutes. At the end add in the white chocolate chips and dried chopped cherries.
