Description

Easy sheet pan Thanksgiving sides!

Ingredients

Scale

reen Bean Casserole

  • 2 cans green beans
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag crispy onion strings

Sweet Potato Casserole

  • 2 cans canned yams drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 half cup mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pecans

Apple Crisp

  • 2 cans apple pie filling
  • 1 half cup oats
  • 1 half cup flour
  • 1 quarter cup melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Glazed Carrots

  • 1 bag baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with tinfoil and lightly spray with cooking spray.

Mix each side dish in separate bowls:

Green Bean Casserole: Combine green beans, mushroom soup, and half the crispy onions.

Sweet Potatoes: Mix yams with melted butter and brown sugar.

Apple Crisp: Stir together pie filling in one bowl. In another small bowl, mix oats, flour, melted butter, and brown sugar for the crumble topping.

Glazed Carrots: Toss baby carrots with melted butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup.

Transfer each mixture to its own section of the sheet pan.

Top the sweet potatoes with marshmallows and pecans.

Top the apple crisp with the oat crumble.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until everything is heated through and the toppings are golden.

Add remaining crispy onions to the green bean casserole during the last 5 minutes of baking.

Notes

This sheet pan meal pairs well with turkey breast, rotisserie chicken, ham or even air fryer chicken tenders. Add store bought rolls or cranberry sauce for a complete holiday meal. These sides are ideal for a cozy Thanksgiving at home without doing a full feast.
