Description

Air Fryer Breakfast pizza is a delightful twist on the traditional pizza, reimagined to cater to the most important meal of the day and you can easily make these in your air fryer!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pita bread
  • 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese or whipped cream cheese (can also use nacho cheese sauce) 
  • 6 tablespoons egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Jimmy Dean Sausage Crumbles, or Crumbled Bacon

Equipment:

  • Air fryer
  • Tongs or a spatula


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the eggs: Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add the egg whites and 1 large egg to a pan, and scramble them until the eggs are cooked. Set aside.
  3. Arrange the Pizza: Spread nacho cheese sauce or cream cheese on a pita bread. Then top with the eggs, cheese, and crumbled sausage.
  4. Place in air fryer basket. Carefully transfer the pita pizza into the air fryer basket
  5. Set the timer for 4 to 6 minutes. And close the basket. 

Notes

Sweet Breakfast Pizzas: For those with a sweet tooth, variations might include a base of cinnamon roll dough, topped with cream cheese, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. 

7 WW Points (for whole pita) (using laughing cow cheese)
