Description
Air Fryer Breakfast pizza is a delightful twist on the traditional pizza, reimagined to cater to the most important meal of the day and you can easily make these in your air fryer!
Ingredients

- 1 pita bread
- 1 wedge of laughing cow cheese or whipped cream cheese (can also use nacho cheese sauce)
- 6 tablespoons egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- Cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Jimmy Dean Sausage Crumbles, or Crumbled Bacon
Equipment:
- Air fryer
- Tongs or a spatula
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Begin by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the eggs: Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add the egg whites and 1 large egg to a pan, and scramble them until the eggs are cooked. Set aside.
- Arrange the Pizza: Spread nacho cheese sauce or cream cheese on a pita bread. Then top with the eggs, cheese, and crumbled sausage.
- Place in air fryer basket. Carefully transfer the pita pizza into the air fryer basket
- Set the timer for 4 to 6 minutes. And close the basket.
Notes
Sweet Breakfast Pizzas: For those with a sweet tooth, variations might include a base of cinnamon roll dough, topped with cream cheese, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
