Ingredients
12 oz frozen edamame in pods
1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil
½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
Drizzle with oil and toss with salt or preferred seasoning.
Step 3: Add edamame to air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 400°F for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Add xtra salt or seasoning if desired.
