Description

Make crispy air fryer edamame using frozen pods in under 10 minutes. This easy healthy snack is high in protein, full of flavor, and perfect for quick meals or appetizers.


Ingredients

12 oz frozen edamame in pods

1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil

½ teaspoon sea salt


Instructions

Step 1: Preheat air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.

Step 2: Place frozen edamame pods in a bowl.
Drizzle with oil and toss with salt or preferred seasoning.

Step 3: Add edamame to air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook at 400°F for 7–9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

Step 4: Remove when pods are hot and lightly blistered.
Add xtra salt or seasoning if desired.
