Description
Crispy air fryer frozen Brussels sprouts with garlic seasoning salt. No thawing needed and ready in 15 minutes. The easiest healthy freezer side dish.
Ingredients

1 bag Frozen Brussels sprouts
1 to 2 tsps Olive oil
1 tsp garlic seasoning salt
Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees.
- Add the frozen Brussels sprouts to the basket. Drizzle with olive oil and seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Return to the air fryer and cook for 8 to 10 more minutes.
- Shake the basket halfway through for even crisping.
Notes
- Do not skip the first cook time. It removes the ice and prevents soggy sprouts.
- Always cook in a single layer.
- 1 WW point per serving - will vary depending on how much oil is used
