1 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese

2 large egg whites


Instructions

  2. Combine: Gently fold the cheese into the egg whites. Use a spatula to incorporate them without knocking out all the air you just whisked in.
  3. Form the Balls: Use a small spoon or a cookie scoop to drop rounded mounds onto a piece of parchment paper or directly into your air fryer basket.
  4. Air Fry: Set your air fryer to 350 degrees. Cook the balls for about five to seven minutes. They are done when they look golden brown and feel firm to the touch.
