- 1 bag peanut butter cookie mix
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
- Prepare the cookie mix according to package directions.
- Scoop the dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on a piece of parchment paper or a silicone liner in your air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 3 minutes, then open the basket and gently press each cookie down with a fork or spoon to flatten them halfway.
- Continue cooking for 3 more minutes until the edges look lightly golden.
Notes
Use almond butter or sunflower seed butter mix if you’re avoiding peanuts.
Want lower sugar? Try mixing in a teaspoon of monk fruit or Splenda instead of regular sugar if the mix isn’t sweet enough for you.
