Description

These air fryer peanut butter cookies are soft, chewy, and ready in just six minutes. Made with an easy cookie mix, they bake up perfectly golden without heating up your kitchen. A quick and delicious dessert for peanut butter lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag peanut butter cookie mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the cookie mix according to package directions.
  3. Scoop the dough into small balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on a piece of parchment paper or a silicone liner in your air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 3 minutes, then open the basket and gently press each cookie down with a fork or spoon to flatten them halfway.
  5. Continue cooking for 3 more minutes until the edges look lightly golden.

Notes

Use almond butter or sunflower seed butter mix if you’re avoiding peanuts.

Want lower sugar? Try mixing in a teaspoon of monk fruit or Splenda instead of regular sugar if the mix isn’t sweet enough for you.

Gluten-free? There are several good peanut butter cookie mixes that work great in the air fryer too!
