Description

Air fryer frozen peppers and onions cook in minutes and come out perfectly crispy and caramelized. A quick budget friendly side dish for tacos, bowls, fajitas, and more.

Ingredients

1 bag frozen pepper and onions

Olive oil spray

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees. Add the frozen peppers and onions to the air fryer basket. There is no need to thaw them.

Spray lightly with cooking spray and season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you like.

Air fry for 10 to 15 minutes.

Shake the basket halfway through cooking so they cook evenly and get crispy on all sides.

They are done when the onions are golden and the peppers have slightly charred edges.

Notes

0 Points on most current WW plans when using cooking spray.

If you use 1 teaspoon oil, the recipe will be 1 Point total.
