Ingredients
1 bag of frozen steak fries
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Season: Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange fries in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. I like to load these up with taco toppings: ground beef, cheese, tomatoes, mild sauce, and avocado for easy and filling meal.
Notes
No overcrowding – Give them space so the air can circulate.
Reheat like a pro – Pop leftovers back in the air fryer at 375°F for 3–4 minutes to revive crispiness.
