Description
Frozen food is always better in the air fryer especially when it comes to things like frozen french fries or sweet potato fries. These air fryer sweet potato puffs come out super crispy every time. Choose your favorite dipping sauce such as ketchup or homemade ranch dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of frozen Alexia Sweet Potato Puffs
- Cooking Spray or vegetable oil spray
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- Seasonings or spices:
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Cook the Sweet Potatoes: Place the seasoned sweet potato cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking. The sweet potatoes should be crispy and golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside. You can always check them with a fork to see if they are tender on the inside.
Notes
Add Cheese (Optional): If desired, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cooked sweet potato puffs and return them to the air fryer for an additional 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
