Butter Coffee

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Fresh brewed hot coffee
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Kerrygold butter, preferably grass fed 


Instructions

  1. Add hot coffee and butter to a blender or use an immersion blender.
  2. Blend for 10 to 20 seconds until creamy and frothy.
  3. Drink immediately while hot.

Notes

 

Coffee is not an animal-based food, so it is not considered strictly carnivore. Many people following a modified or practical carnivore diet still choose to include coffee.

You can use an emerision blender or any type of blender to blend the butter coffee.

Kerrygold butter works the best!
