Description

 

Carnivore waffles made with just eggs and cheese. A simple, zero-carb recipe perfect for a carnivore or animal-based diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

  • A small amount of shredded hard cheese, such as cheddar

  • Salt, optional 

  • Cruhsed Pork Rinds (optional) 


Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.

  2. Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk well.

  3. Stir in a small amount of shredded cheese.

  4. Pour the mixture into the waffle maker.

  5. Cook until set and lightly crisp.


Notes

Use hard cheese like cheddar for the best texture.

Use less cheese than most recipes to avoid greasiness.

About 24 g of protien for 2 waffles so these are also high in protein!
