Description

If you’re craving a classic chili that’s warm, filling, and doesn’t require a long grocery list, this 5‑ingredient chili is exactly what you need. It’s simple, budget‑friendly, and made with pantry staples you probably already have on hand.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 12 oz can of Chili Beans
  • 1 8oz can Tomato sauce
  • Chili seasoning packet
  • 8 oz Water

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks
  2. Drain excess grease if needed.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, can of chili beans, chili seasoning, and water.
  4. Simmer uncovered for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and flavorful.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave until heated through.
  • Chili also freezes well for up to 3 months.
