Description

This viral homemade dubai chocolate candy bar is really fun to make (if you can find all these ingredients and tools to make them). Some of these ingredients you may need to purchase on Amazon online.  


Ingredients

Scale
  • Chocolate of choice 
  • 1 6.5 oz jar of Pistachio Butter 
  • 1 box Kataifi 
  • 1 bag Chocolate Molds Any Kind 


Instructions

  1. Please note, the amounts of chocolate, pistachio butter, and kataifi may very depending on the side of your chocolate molds. I just had a little tiny mold.
  2. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave safe bowl melt the chopped-up chocolate. I did this
  3. Layer a thin layer of chocolate into each mold and remove any excess chocolate.
  4. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
  5. Make the pistachio butter: In a food processor add the pistachios and puree the pistachios until they are smooth like an almond butter consistency. In a bowl mix the kataifi and pistachio butter until well combined. Skip this step if you have a jar of storebought pistachio butter.
  6. Fill the molds with the pistachio butter and place the mold in the freezer again.
  7. Spread another layer of chocolate over the pistachio layer and place it back in the freezer for one last time. Take the chocolate candy or bars out of the molds and enjoy.
