Description

Easy ground beef and eggs that come together fast, especially with precooked beef. Carnivore friendly, high protein, and simple to make.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground beef (85% lean)
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt
  • Optional seasonings - optional if you are strict carnivor


Instructions

 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
  3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until fully browned.
  4. Season the beef with salt.
  5. Push the cooked beef to one side of the skillet or just crack the eggs on top of the cooked ground beef. 
  6. Crack the eggs into the empty side of the pan.
  7. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
  8. Mix everything together or serve the eggs on top of the beef.

Notes

For a strict carnivore version, use only beef, eggs, butter, and salt.
