Description
Easy ground beef and eggs that come together fast, especially with precooked beef. Carnivore friendly, high protein, and simple to make.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground beef (85% lean)
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Butter
- Salt
- Optional seasonings - optional if you are strict carnivor
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until fully browned.
- Season the beef with salt.
- Push the cooked beef to one side of the skillet or just crack the eggs on top of the cooked ground beef.
- Crack the eggs into the empty side of the pan.
- Cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
- Mix everything together or serve the eggs on top of the beef.
Notes
For a strict carnivore version, use only beef, eggs, butter, and salt.
