Description

An iced latte is a refreshing and versatile beverage that pairs well with a variety of foods, making it perfect for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon treat. Here are some delightful options to consider when serving an iced latte:

Ingredients

Scale

¼ cup of milk chocolate chips - can use white or dark chocolate chips, pretty much anything that melts well

2 shots of Espresso (I used the Starbucks Blond Roast espresso pods)

1 cup of oatmilk or milk of choice

2 tablespoons of Simple syrup (I used Halzenut syrup but you can use whatever you like)

Ice

Instructions

Step 1 Temper chocolate: Add some milk chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and place it in the microwave. Stir every 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Step 2: Take a plastic glass and cover the inside of it with all the melted chocolate. Then place the glass in the freezer.

Step 3: Using your favorite espresso machine make 2 shots of according to the manufactures instruions.

Step 4: When the chocolate is completely frozen in the glass take it out and add the epresso, milk, and simple syrup to the glass.

Notes

To make it crack, push the cup in with your hands or just enjoy the chocolate as it melts.
