Description
This recipe for peaches and cream ice cream is packed full of plant based protein and is a delightful and indulgent treat. You only need two ingredients to make it!
Ingredients
1 15 oz can of peaches (light syrup)
1 container of protein shake of choice vanilla
Instructions
Blend the Canned peaches with juice and protein shake in a blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours, or until completely solid.
After the mixture is frozen solid, remove it from the freezer. Remove the lid and place the pint container into the Ninja Creami machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Choose the "Ice Cream" setting on your Ninja Creami and let the machine do its magic. If the texture is not creamy enough, you may "Re-Spin" the mixture once or twice until it reaches your desired consistency.
Scoop the peaches and cream ice cream into bowls or cones and serve immediately. You can also store any leftovers back in the freezer for later enjoyment.
Notes
Use canned pineapple or canned pears instead of peaches! Enjoy!
