Description

Mixing yogurt with cookies and letting it chill until they soften. Simple, nostalgic, and actually really good.

Ingredients

Scale

1 Greek yogurt cup

5 to 7 Graham cracker sheets

Instructions

Use a yogurt cup that is already portioned or spoon some yogurt into a glass jar. Then add in whatever mix ins you like - dry vanilla pudding powder, cheesecake pudding, or vanilla extra. Etc.

Insert smaller graham crackers or cookies into the yogurt and evenly spread them out.

Refrigerate until set.

Notes

Using graham crackers instead of Biscoff results in a less sweet, more traditional cheesecake flavor.

The yogurt adds a clean tang that balances the sweetness, and the softened graham crackers create a cohesive base without becoming mushy.
