Description
I wasn’t expecting this crazy combination to actually work but it was really good! The melted chocolate chips made into an actual chip for dipping was really clever and this is a fun twist on the classic dessert for chocolate covered strawberries.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pint of strawberries, cut it into pieces
- 2 tsp of sugar
- 1 bag of milk or semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp of coconut oil

- In a microwave safe bowl add chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave for a minute, take it out and stir and continue microwave the chocolate for another minute.
- Place some parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the chocolate onto the parchment paper.
