Water (enough to cover the eggs)
Ice (for the ice bath)
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil.
- Carefully lower the eggs into the boiling water using a spoon.
- Boil the eggs for 7 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs immediately to an ice bath.
- Let the eggs cool for 5 minutes before peeling.
Notes
Always use an ice bath and peel under water!
