Description
If you are looking for an easy side dish that is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these Air Fryer Baby Potatoes are exactly what you need. They come together with just a handful of pantry ingredients and cook in less time than roasting them in the oven.
Ingredients
1½ pounds baby potatoes, washed and dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¾ teaspoon kosher salt (or ½ teaspoon fine table salt)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss until every potato is evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F if your model recommends preheating.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding so the hot air can circulate around each potato.
Cook for 18 to 22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking. The potatoes are done when they are golden brown on the outside and easily pierced with a fork.
Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately while they are hot and crispy.
