Looking for a simple yet impressive dinner idea? This Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Breast delivers juicy, tender chicken wrapped in perfectly crispy bacon — and it’s ready in under 25 minutes! 


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 
  • 4 slices of bacon 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt (optional) 
  • Olive oil spray 

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  3. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, slightly overlapping to secure. Start at one end and wrap tightly around the breast.
  4. Spray the bacon lightly with olive oil spray. This helps it get golden and crispy.
  5. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 375°F for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Chicken is done when it reaches 165°F internally and the bacon is crisp.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use regular cut bacon — thick-cut won’t crisp as well in the same time.
  • For extra juicy chicken, pound your chicken breasts to even thickness before seasoning.
