Description
Make the best air fryer chicken fajitas in under 20 minutes. Juicy chicken, tender peppers, and bold fajita flavor in one easy high protein air fryer recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 or 3 Thin sliced chicken breast
- 1 ½ cups of frozen mixed peppers and onions
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons - Fajita seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees.
Add the chicken to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in an even layer.
Cook for 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Then add the frozen vegetables and continue cooking for 6 more minutes.
Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Notes
Serve with warm tortillas or rice, or your favorite condiments!
