Description

These Air Fryer Frozen Chicken Thighs Boneless are juicy, flavorful, and easy to make straight from frozen. They are ready in about 25 minutes with simple seasonings and no thawing required.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound frozen boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Place the frozen chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 10 minutes.
  4. Brush the chicken with olive oil.
  5. Combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning over both sides of the chicken.
  6. Continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check the thickest part of the chicken with an instant-read thermometer. The chicken is done when it reaches 165°F.
  8. Let the chicken rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Cooking time can vary depending on the size and thickness of the chicken thighs. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket so the hot air can circulate properly. If the frozen thighs are stuck together, cook them for several minutes until they loosen, then separate them before seasoning.
