Description

Using an air fryer to cook frozen potato skins is not only quick and convenient but also ensures they turn out crispy and delicious

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 package of frozen potato skins (any brand)
  • Non-stick cooking spray (optional)
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped green onions, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole

Instructions

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (188°C) for about 3-5 minutes. This helps to ensure that the potato skins cook evenly.

Arrange the frozen potato skins in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overlapping to allow the hot air to circulate properly. If desired, lightly spray the potato skins with non-stick cooking spray to enhance crispiness.

Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, open the air fryer and carefully flip the potato skins to ensure they cook evenly on both sides.

After 8-10 minutes, check if the potato skins are crispy and heated through. If they need more time, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, checking frequently to avoid burning.

Notes

Serve Immediately: Enjoy your crispy and delicious air-fried potato skins while they are still warm!
