Description

If you love chocolate-covered strawberries and creamy yogurt bowls, this Berry Chia Pudding with Magic Shell is a fun recipe to try! Made with frozen mixed berries, vanilla Greek yogurt, and chia seeds, this easy recipe comes together with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup frozen mixed berries, thawed
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Chocolate Magic Shell topping (your preferred amount)

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen mixed berries, reserving any juices.
  2. In a bowl or jar, combine the berries, vanilla Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until the chia seeds have absorbed moisture and the mixture has thickened.
  4. Prepare your chocolate Magic Shell topping and spread it over the chilled pudding.
  5. Allow the chocolate to harden, then crack the shell with a spoon and enjoy!

Notes

Stir well to distribute the chia seeds throughout the yogurt and berries.

Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container.

For the crunchiest chocolate topping, add the Magic Shell shortly before serving.
