Blackstone Tortellini, a delicious dish that combines the rich flavors of tortellini pasta with a savory sauce cooked on a Blackstone griddle.


  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini, refrigerated or frozen
  • 1 12oz package of Sliced Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)


    1. Prepare the Blackstone Griddle: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat. Once heated, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the griddle surface and spread it evenly.


    1. Sauté the Vegetables and Sausage: Add the zucchini and tomatoes to the griddle and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent. Then, add the sliced sausage and continue cooking for 3 minutes.


    1. Sauté the Tortellini: While the vegetables and sausage are cooking on one side of the griddle add the tortellini to the other. Add some butter or olive oil. To help the tortellini cook faster you can add a little bit of water to help with steam.


    1. Toss all the cooked food into a bowl and add in the Italian dressing and any fresh herbs if you like.
