Description

Are you a meat lover searching for the perfect burger that satisfies your carnivorous cravings? Look no further! The carnivore burger is the ultimate meat-centric delight, offering a rich, flavorful experience that celebrates the essence of meat without any distractions.

Ingredients

Scale

4 Burger Patties - can make these homemade or use store bought ones

4 slices of Pepper Jack Chees

4 slices of Bacon - pre cooked

8 large eggs

1/4 cup Colby Jack or Cheddar Cheese

Salt and Pepper: The simplest yet most effective seasonings that enhance the naturaltaste of the meat.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Ensure your cooking surface is hot before placing the patties on it. This helps in searing the outside, locking in the juices.
  2. Form the Patties: Shape your meat mixture into patties slightly larger than the buns, as they will shrink while cooking.
  3. Cook to Your Preference: For a juicy burger, cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Adjust the time based on your desired doneness.
  4. Let Them Rest: After cooking, let the burgers rest for a couple of minutes. This allows the juices to be redistributed, making the burger more tender.
  5. While the burger is cooking make a chaffle. Mix together 2 eggs and cheese ina bowl. Then pour half of it into a mini dash waffle iron. Repeat a second time until you have to chaffle buns.

Notes

  • Lettuce Wraps: For a low-carb option, wrap your burger in crisp lettuce leaves.
  • Egg Bun: Use fried eggs as a bun alternative, adding a rich, creamy texture.
  • Portobello Mushrooms: Grilled mushroom caps offer a hearty, flavorful substitute for buns.
