Ingredients
3 hard boiled eggs
2 tablespoons of ghee or melted butter
1 tablespoon of lemon juice:
⅓ cup of water
Instructions

- Blend the Egg Yolks: In a mixing bowl or food processor, whisk the egg yolks until they are thick and pale.
- Slowly Add the Fat: Gradually add the melted animal fat, a few drops at a time, while continuously whisking or blending. This step is crucial for achieving the right consistency.
- Add Lemon Juice, Water, and Salt: Once the fat is fully incorporated, mix in the lemon juice and salt. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- Store Appropriately: Transfer the mayonnaise to a clean jar and store it in the refrigerator. Use it within a week for optimal freshness.
