Cheesy Garlic Ciabatta Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of ciabatta bread, split in half
  • 1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 stick of butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 450.
  2. Cut the ciabatta bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl combine the softened butter, parmesan cheese and garlic. Stir together.
  4. Spread the butter on top of the bread. Then layer on the fresh mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
  6. Cut into 8 equal slices. Serving size: 1 slice.
