Description
These Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos take a trendy twist from the viral smash burger—only we’re smashing flavorful seasoned chicken directly onto a hot skillet to get those crispy edges, then layering it inside warm tortillas with Caesar goodness

Scale
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4–6 small flour tortillas

- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions

- Remove from heat and top with cheese, sauce, and lettuce if desired. Add a drizzle of extra aesar dressing if desired.
- Serve warm with a wedge of lemon or extra cheese.
Notes
- Serve with sweet potato fries, a light Caesar side salad, or roasted veggies 🥗
