Step 1 In a bowl, combine ground chicken,parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Step 2 Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Lightly grease with oil or spray.
Place a small ball (about ¼ cup) of the chicken mixture directly onto the skillet. Press a tortilla down on top of it and smash until flat and even.

Step 3 Let cook for 3–4 minutes, pressing occasionally, until the edges of the chicken are browned and crispy.
Step 4 Flip the taco so the tortilla toasts for 1–2 minutes.
