Description

Dragon fruit sorbet is an exotic and refreshing dessert that is not only visually stunning but also deliciously satisfying.

Ingredients

1 bag of frozen dragon fruit, defrosted - I got this at Target

¼ to ½ cup water

2 tsps sugar

Instructions

lend the dragon fruit and water in a blender until smooth. Mix in sugar.

Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Secure the lid and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 24 hours, or until completely solid.

After the mixture is frozen solid, remove it from the freezer. Remove the lid and place the pint container into the Ninja Creami machine according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Choose the "Sorbet" setting on your Ninja Creami and let the machine do its magic. If the texture is not creamy enough, you may "Re-Spin" the mixture once or twice until it reaches your desired consistency.

Notes

Scoop the dragon fruit sorbet into bowls or cones and serve immediately. You can also store any leftovers back in the freezer for later enjoyment.

WW Points: 2 points per serving (depending on sugar adjustments)
