Ingredients
Scale
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Shake or whisk before using since the ingredients may separate.
- Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of sriracha or chili garlic sauce for a spicy version.
- Tamari or coconut aminos can be substituted for the soy sauce.
