Description

This pickle dip is one of those simple recipes that delivers big flavor with minimal effort. It is creamy, tangy, and packed with ingredients you probably already love. Once you try it, it might just become a regular in your snack rotation.


Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt

½ cup whipped cream cheese

¼ cup mayonnaise or sour cream

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 packet ranch seasoning

½ to 1 cup chopped pickles

2 to 4 tablespoons bacon bits


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning packet and stir until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, and bacon bits.
  4. Mix everything together until evenly distributed.
  5. Taste and adjust if needed by adding more pickles or a splash of pickle juice.
  6. For best flavor, cover and chill the dip in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir before serving as some separation may occur. This dip is best enjoyed fresh but still tastes great the next day.
