Description

Using low-cal, high-fiber tortillas not only lowers calories but helps keep you full longer and supports digestion. Just be sure to increase fiber gradually and drink enough water to avoid bloating

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb 93% lean ground beef

1 packet Taco seasoning

1 box cheesy taco shells, or low cal tortillas

1 bag of low fat Shredded cheese (optional)

Taco toppings - tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream

Instructions

Cook the ground beef: Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium heat. Break it apart and cook until fully browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Add seasoning: Drain excess grease if needed, then add the taco seasoning and a small amount of water. Stir until everything is well coated.

Warm the taco shells: While the beef finishes cooking, warm your taco shells according to the package directions or lightly toast them.

Assemble the tacos: Fill each shell with seasoned beef and top with cheese if using.

Notes

WW Points 4 to 6 (depending on taco shells used)
