How to make homemade chicken sausage patties on a griddle.

- 1lb ground chicken
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 12 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup maple syrup

- Prepare the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, maple syrup, poultry seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.

- Mix Thoroughly: Use your hands or a spatula to mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Be sure to distribute the spices and maple syrup evenly throughout the ground chicken.

- Shape the Sausages: Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick. If you prefer links, you can shape them accordingly, but patties are easier to cook evenly.

- Cook the Sausages: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. You can use a non-stick skillet or add a small amount of oil to a regular skillet to prevent sticking.
