Description

How to make homemade chicken sausage patties on a griddle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1lb ground chicken
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 12 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

    1. Prepare the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, maple syrup, poultry seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.

    1. Mix Thoroughly: Use your hands or a spatula to mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Be sure to distribute the spices and maple syrup evenly throughout the ground chicken.

    1. Shape the Sausages: Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick. If you prefer links, you can shape them accordingly, but patties are easier to cook evenly.

    1. Cook the Sausages: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. You can use a non-stick skillet or add a small amount of oil to a regular skillet to prevent sticking.

Notes

Serve with scrambled eggs or french toast.

2 points for 1 patty
