Description
Keto Sausage Balls only contain four simple ingredients and make a great appetizer or snack. They only contain 1 net carb and can easily fit into your low carb or keto lifestyle.
Ingredients
2 cups of almond flour
2 cups of cheddar cheese
1 pound of pork sausage
8 oz of cream cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet. Line with a wire rack or some tinfoil. Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. I find that using your hands work best. Using a 1 in cooking scoop form the sausage mixture into 1 in meatballs. Place each ball onto the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
