Lazy Pancake Bowl also known as two-ingredient pancakes, are a simple and quick breakfast option for those looking for a delicious and easy meal. These pancakes require only two main ingredients: bananas and eggs.


  • ½ cup of Kodiak Pancake Mix or other Protein Pancake Mix
  • 2 egg whites
  • ½ mashed banana
  • ½ cup water


  1. Add pancake mix, mashed banana, and egg whites to a microwave-safe bowl. Mix well.
  2. Top the pancakes with mix-ins like chocolate chips or fruit if you want!
  3. Heat in the microwave on high for 1 ½ to 2 minutes.
