Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently fold in your chosen mix-ins, such as chocolate chips or blueberries.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Line the air fryer basket with muffin liners or silicone muffin cups. Spoon the batter into each cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Place the muffin-filled basket into the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Remove the muffins from the air fryer and let them cool before serving. Enjoy your delicious air fryer muffins!
