Description
Making blueberry ice cream in a Ninja Creami at home is a straightforward process that allows you to control the quality of ingredients and experiment with flavors.
Ingredients
1 bottle of of vanilla OWYN protein shake - If you aren’t lactose intolerant like me use your favorite bottle of vanilla protein shake.
½ cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
3 tablespoons of Instant Pistachio pudding mix
½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
Blend the protein shake, yogurt, frozen fruit, and instant vanilla pudding powder in a blender such as Magic bullet.
Pour the blended mix/shake into a Ninja Creami Pint. Set in freezer for 24 hours
Press the Ice Cream option on the Ninja Creami blender and spin. Respin if necessary.
Garnish with fresh blueberries on top.
