Description

Smoothie bowls are a versatile and delightful way to start your day or enjoy a healthy snack. With endless combinations of bases and toppings, each bowl can be a unique creation tailored to your taste and nutritional needs. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth. Pour it into a ninja creami pint. Freeze up to 24 hours.

When the pint is ready place it in the Ninja Creami press the smoothie bowl option. Respin until you get the desired consistency you like.

Place the smoothie in a bowl and add any toppings you like on top. 


Notes

For those with a sweet tooth, a drizzle of honey, agave syrup, or even a sprinkle of cacao nibs can elevate the flavor profile.
