Protein Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of protein drink of choice (I used owyn)
  • 1 oz container of Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix (use sugar free pudding mix if you are keto or low carb) 


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the protein drink and instant pudding. Whisk well to combine. Place in the fridge to set and enjoy! 

Notes

Use difffernt flavors of instant pudding mix to mix it up!
