Ingredients
4 rice paper wrappers
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup diced strawberries
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Powdered sugar or cornstarch for dusting (optional)
Instructions
-
Dip one rice paper wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until softened.
-
Place the softened rice paper on a clean cutting board or plate.
-
Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt into the center of the rice paper.
-
Top with diced strawberries.
-
Fold the rice paper over the filling to create a triangle or pouch shape, gently sealing the edges.
-
Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
-
Place the wrapped yogurt bites onto a parchment-lined plate or tray and freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
-
Enjoy straight from the freezer for the best chewy texture.
Notes
- Greek yogurt works best because it is thicker and less messy.
- Try adding blueberries, mango, banana slices, or chocolate chips.
- The rice paper becomes soft and chewy once frozen, giving it a mochi-inspired texture.
- Dust lightly with powdered sugar or cornstarch if sticking becomes an issue
