Description
After carving your pumpkin, don't throw out the seeds! Save the seeds for roasted pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of raw whole pumpkin seeds
2 sprays of olive oil spray or any cooking spray
1 1/2 tsps of seasoning salt of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
