Ingredients
6 mini dill pickles
4 ounces whipped cream cheese
6 slices Genoa salami, folded in half
2 tablespoons hot honey
1 teaspoon Everything Bagel seasoning
Instructions
Wash and pat the mini dill pickles dry.
Slice each pickle in half lengthwise.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of whipped cream cheese onto each pickle half.
Fold one slice of salami and place it on top of the cream cheese.
Drizzle each pickle taco with a little hot honey.
Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
Serve immediately while the pickles are cold and crisp.
Notes
- No need to scoop out the pickles. Simply slice them in half and add the toppings.
- For a keto-friendly version, omit the hot honey or use a sugar-free hot honey alternative.
- Whipped cream cheese spreads more easily, but softened block cream cheese also works.
