Description

If you're looking for a quick and easy dinner that cooks in minutes, this Shrimp on Blackstone recipe is a must-try. The Blackstone griddle creates perfectly seasoned shrimp with a light sear on the outside while keeping the inside tender and juicy.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb Large shrimp:

2 tsp Olive oil

1 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Onion powder

¼ Salt and black pepper

Fresh lemon wedges

Fresh parsley

Instructions

    1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.

    1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. This helps them develop a better sear on the griddle.

    1. Place the shrimp in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.

    1. Add a small amount of oil to the hot griddle surface. Spread the shrimp out in a single layer on the Blackstone.

    1. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side until the shrimp begin to turn pink and opaque.

    1. Flip the shrimp and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.

    1. Remove the shrimp from the griddle as soon as they are fully cooked. Overcooked shrimp can become rubbery.

    1. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and garnish with parsley if desired.
