Scale

2 tsp Olive oil
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion powder
¼ Salt and black pepper
Fresh lemon wedges
Fresh parsley
Instructions
-
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
-
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. This helps them develop a better sear on the griddle.
-
- Place the shrimp in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
-
- Add a small amount of oil to the hot griddle surface. Spread the shrimp out in a single layer on the Blackstone.
-
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on the first side until the shrimp begin to turn pink and opaque.
-
- Flip the shrimp and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
-
- Remove the shrimp from the griddle as soon as they are fully cooked. Overcooked shrimp can become rubbery.
-
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and garnish with parsley if desired.
